Hard Candy Jingle Nails 2015 Set of 24 – #5161

You have to layer this one on.  It’s a very sheer fuchsia base with blue and silver glitter.  It’s a total chameleon.  Under my LED desk lamp, the reds come out.  Under incandescent light, it’s a more blue fuchsia.  Under fluorescent light, it’s a plum color.  I like it, but it’s definitely a color for when you have lots of time to wait for the layers to dry.  If you don’t have time for that, JulieG Nails are a great choice for coverage and drying speed.
